What is the AETC®?

Advanced Engineering Technology Conference® is a venue where you will discover more unpublished influential information than you could find in months at the race tracks.  If you would like the opportunity to discuss and/or find out solutions, this is the conference you cannot miss.

During the AETC®, there is always a time to meet and discuss your issues with the speakers, leaders in our industry and fellow attendees.  The relaxed atmosphere and camaraderie of the attendees will surely help you meet resources you can use in the future.

Where is it being held?

The 2016 AETC® will be held at the Indiana Convention Center – 100 South Capitol Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46225.

What does it cost to attend?

The cost to attend is $399.95, which covers the conference credential, booklet containing presented presentation, CD containing presented presentations, and breakfast and lunch for days of conference.

Can my spouse attend?

Yes.  If she/he will be there for the entire conference, their fee would be $399.95.  If she/he will only be eating the meals with you, $200.00.

Do you send my confirmation and materials in advance?

Your receipt is your AETC® confirmation. No other additional information will be sent to you. You will pick up all materials at registration.

I am registered but won’t be able to attend, can I cancel?

Yes. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AETC®. No refunds will be accepted over the telephone. Any cancellation submitted after Oct. 1st will only receive a 50% refund of paid registration. We will be unable to issue a refund on any cancellation submitted after November 1st.

Do I need a tickets for speaker sessions or meals?

No. The name badge you receive at registration is your ticket to the speaker sessions, provided meals and reception, booklet and CD of presentations.

Is there a list of other attendees you can send me?

A tentative attendee list will be in the back of the booklet you receive at registration. For a complete list exclusively for attendees only, please contact Info at Info@aetconline.com.

How can I submit feedback on the conference?

Evaluation forms will be sent out the week after the conference.  In order for us to  make your experience better, please take a few moments to answer survey questions. We also encourage and appreciate feedback posted on our Testimonials page.
