22nd Annual AETC® Attracts Engine Builders From Across The Country

Wednesday, December 7th, 2011

Memphis, TN – Over 200 attendees turned out to learn from some of the motorsports world’s top engineering minds at the 22nd annual Advanced Engineering Technology Conference.

Taking place over the course of three days prior to the PRI Show in Orlando, FL, this year’s AETC® featured no fewer than ten speakers delivering seminars on subjects ranging from airflow technology to valve train design and emissions standards, all within this year’s topic of “The Latest Advancements & Developments in Engine Performance Technology.”
“Each speaker brought something different to the table,” said event organizer Tammy Holland. “Both the variety of companies represented and the topics covered kept the content fresh and interesting each day.”

Attendee Ted Papuga of Opel Engineering in Streamwood, IL, agreed. “I learned from everybody, they used language that I understood while also speaking in a way that was very informative. I’ve been to the conference every year that it has been in Orlando, and people always want to know what it was like and who was there,” he said.

The AETC® wishes to thank all of its sponsors, in particular Motor State Distributing and PRI, along with supporters including COMP Cams, Circle Track, Engine Masters, K&N Filters, Champion, Lucas Oil Products, RHS, JE Pistons, TrickFlow, MSD Ignition, Total Seal Piston Rings, Pro Pan, Roush Yates Engines, Joe Gibbs Driven Racing Oil, Mahle, FAST,  Darton Sleeves, PAC Racing Springs, ARP, Scoggin Dickey Parts Center, Race Tech International, Diamond Pistons, DART, Callies Performance Products, Holley, Flatout Gaskets, Lunati, Granatelli Motorsports, RacePages, Fastest Street Car Magazine, NMCA, NMRA, Engine Builder, StreetLegal TV and Flowmaster.
