Lee Carducci - POWER-TEC ENGINEERING

Mr. Carducci graduated from Michigan State University in 1984 with a BS in Engineering and was presented with the Arthur W. Farrell Award for Excellence in Engineering.
Directly after Graduation Mr. Carducci hired to the Chrysler Corporation in which he worked in Advanced Engineering Powertrain with responsibilities for: Thermal modeling; Performance development of the JV and Corporate V-6 engines; and packaging of the Cummins I-6 Engine in the Dodge Ram
In 1986, Mr. Carducci became the Prototype and Development Engineer on the Chrysler TC by Maserati in Milan, Italy with the responsibility of the prototype builds and validation vehicle. When Chrysler purchased Lamborghini in 1988, Mr. Carducci moved to Modena Italy to become the Director with responsibility for Lamborghini Engineering. At Lamborghini Engineering, Mr. Carducci was responsible for development of several new vehicle platforms and a director on Lamborghini’s Formula 1 Engine effort.
In 1992, Mr. Carducci returned to the Detroit to work on various Chrysler Motors and DaimlerChrysler assignments:

Program Manager – Powertrain Minivan Platform (European Diesel Minivan)
Program Manager – Patriot Hybrid Racing Program
Program Manager – Chrysler Specialty Vehicles
Engineering Manager – Chrysler Motorsports
Integration Team Member – DaimlerChrysler JV
Engineering Manager – Mopar Performance Parts
Mr. Carducci became involved in various racing programs including; NASCAR, NHRA, IHRA, WOO, USAC; ALMS; IMSA; ACO; SCCA; as well as the North American Representative to the FIA GT Commission.
In 1999, Mr. Carducci left Chrysler to become the General Manager of Galaxy Precision Machining, a Precision Partners Company.
In 2001, Mr. Carducci joined GM Racing for their assault on LeMans with the Cadillac LMP car.
In 2002, Mr. Carducci joined McLaren Performance Technologies as Vice President of Engineering. He was responsible for developing the Engineering Team and working on the Integration into Linamar as they purchased McLaren in the fall of 2003. Mr. Carducci was responsible for all Engine Engineering within both Linamar and McLaren Performance Technologies.
In 2008, Mr. Carducci joined FRMA in the Role of President of Power-Tec Engineering and CEO of Arrow Racing Engines.
Mr. Carducci is an active member in Society of Automotive Engineering where is active in Formula SAE, and the SAE Motorsports Committee, is married and has a daughter.
