What is the AETC®?
Advanced Engineering Technology Conference® is a venue where you will discover more unpublished influential information than you could find in months at the race tracks. If you would like the opportunity to discuss and/or find out solutions, this is the conference you cannot miss. During the AETC®, there is always a time to meet and discuss your issues with the speakers, leaders in our industry and fellow attendees. The relaxed atmosphere and comradery of the attendees will help you surely meet resources you can use in the future.

For those of you that may not rent a car, there is the I-Ride Trolley system. Hours are 8:00am - 10:30pm daily. Trolleys travel throughout the International Drive Resort area approximately every 20 minutes (Hours subject to change).
Single cash fare is $1.25
Senior (65 and over) cash fare is .25 cents
Exact fare is required, $1 bills are accepted
Unlimited ride passes are available as follows:
One Day Pass: $4 per person
Three Day Pass: $6 per person
Five Day Pass: $8 per person
Seven Day Pass: $10 per person
Fourteen Day Pass: $17 per person
Transfers are FREE.

What does it cost to attend?
$499.95 which covers the conference credential, booklet containing presented presentation, CD containing presented presentations, breakfast and lunch for days of conference, list of attendees and credential to PRI Show.
Can my spouse attend?
Yes. If she/he will be there for the entire conference, their fee would be $499.95. If she/he will only be eating the meals with you, $300.00.
Is there free parking at the convention center?
No, parking at the Orange County Convention Center is $11 per day.
Is there a host hotel?
No, you can click here to download the hotel information and fax it back to PRI housing.

Receipt
Your receipt is your AETC® confirmation. No other additional information will be sent to you. You will pick up all materials at AETC® registration.
Hotel Information
To make your reservation, click the link below, download the form, fill it out & fax it to (949) 499-2082. http://www.performanceracing.com/tradeshow/hotels_travel/hotel_reservations.html By going through PRI housing, you will receive free shuttle service to and from the PRI show, from most hotels beginning a couple of days prior to the PRI show, and breakfast tickets.
Airport Shuttle Service
Please check directly with your hotel to see if shuttle service is available. For hotels not offering airport shuttle service, Mears Shuttle is available. Reservations are required (407) 423-5566. For group discounts, visit http://www.mearstransportation.com/
Registration
The registration fee is $699.95. Registration materials can be picked up anytime at the registration desk in the Orange County Convention Center. Walk-in registrations are welcomed.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AETC®. No refunds will be accepted over the telephone. Any cancellation submitted after Oct. 1, 2010, will only receive 50% refund of paid registration. Any cancellation submitted after Nov. 1, 2010, will result in no-refund.
Admission
The name badge you receive at registration is your ticket to the speaker sessions, provided meals and reception, booklet and CD of presentations.

PRI Credentials
Everyone that registers for the AETC® will receive one complimentary PRI credential. These credentials will be at the AETC® registration desk the last day of the conference.

Evaluation Forms
Evaluation forms will be sent out the week after the conference. In order for us to make your experience better, please take a few moments to answer survey questions.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the conference area.
